Displays a session efficiency report with token savings, cache performance, and optimization recommendations.

Triggers

Natural-language phrases that auto-invoke the skill:

  • “Show my stats”
  • “How efficient am I?”
  • “Show session metrics”
  • “Show my Navigator report” / “efficiency report”
  • “Show impact” / “prove Navigator works”

What it does

  • Verifies Navigator is initialized before running
  • Runs scripts/session-stats.sh to compute baseline vs loaded tokens, savings percent, cache efficiency (from OpenTelemetry), context usage, and estimated time saved
  • Calculates a 0-100 efficiency score via efficiency_scorer.py (token savings 40pts, cache 30pts, context usage 30pts)
  • Formats a visual, shareable ASCII report via report_formatter.py
  • Adds context-specific recommendations when score < 70, context usage > 80%, or cache efficiency < 80%
  • Skips if the session just started (< 5 messages) or the user asked about a single metric

Example

"Show my stats"

Prints an efficiency report (e.g. 92% token savings, 100% cache efficiency, score 94/100) with a “what this means” summary and tuning recommendations.
